Our own ostriches supply the leather for our products while the manufacturing is out sourced to expert manufacturers who have worked in the industry for decades and are specialist in working with ostrich leather.
All effort is made to stay with international fashion trends regarding the colours of our skins and the style of our handbags. We pride ourselves in offering our customers fine quality craftsmanship.
Many products are made to order so please expect a ten to twelve week waiting period from placement of order. International air parcels take on average two to three weeks to reach their destination.

Grasmere Ostriches is situated in the fertile, temperate Eastern Cape coastal region of South Africa. It has been operating as a working ostrich farm for the past thirteen years. What originally began as a small, experimental exercise has now grown into a full scale ostrich farming enterprise, operating in the global market with skin, meat and finished product exports.
hich uses a semi-aniline dying process to achieve perfect results. Skins are tanned according to customer requirements which is a highly technical process taking about six weeks to complete.
