How do I order? 

Go to our website’s home page and select the group you would like to have a look at.  Once you have seen an article to your liking, click on the small picture to see the big picture.  On that page you can add the item to your cart and choose your preferred colour.

Is my credit-card secure?

Yes.  Our site is registered and has a Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate, whereby we offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from our site.

How long will I wait for my order?

Skins are dyed to customers’ colour requirements.  This is a lengthy process,  therefore a waiting period of ± ten weeks is normal.

What colours can I choose from?

You can choose from any of the colours on the website's colour chart.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once our shipping company issues us with a tracking number for your parcel, we will e-mail you this number and the address of their website and you can track your parcel via their site.

I am visiting South Africa, can I come visit your farm?

Yes. Take the N2 from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town, then take the HUMANSDORP turn-off from the N2 and follow the road sign towards St Francis Bay, the Eastern Cape's exclusive surfing and holiday resort. We are situated 8km beyond the charming little country town of Humansdorp.

Can I have certain items customised?

Colours other than those on our colour chart can be negotiated.  However, clients must be prepared to wait a bit longer for their order as skins have to be dyed specially.

How is my credit-card transaction processed?

We process your transaction manually on our speedpoint here at Grasmere as soon as we receive your order.  Your credit-card slip will be sent to you with your order and invoice.
